I had the big "H" in July and really didn't know what to expect going into menopause after the surgery. So I was told to find some thing with Black Cohosh in it by several lady friends. So I stumbled upon this product. I've been taking it for about 2 months. I've noticed that I have good and bad days and nights. I still get hot flashes during the day occasionally, but the the night sweats are the worse. This product has taken the edge off of most the side effects of menopause for me, but not completely. I am not even sure if there is such a product that can do that. Ladies give this product a try.

I was working with an acupuncture/herbalist classically trained in China with 30 yrs of practice experience. My symptoms of menopause were under control until Hurricane Irma hit last year. For medical reasons I had to quit pharma HRT and researched natural ways. This product has the right ingredients to help with the symptoms of post menopause and it's natural. I take a high mg of black cohosh early in the day and menopause complete at bed time, along with natural progesterone cream by Now. My hot flashes and insomnia has improved.

I really had bad hot flashes several years ago when I started menopause, so severe and many times during day and night. I had to go on prempro. After 6 years on prempro I am weaning off of it. after trying this product, Hot flashes and night sweats are back, just not as severe. it may be helping with severity of symptoms just not enough to repurchase.

I have use Menopause complete for a while now. I have experienced less intense hot flashes. MENOPAUSE COMPLETE doesn't interact in a negative way with other herbal items I take, like Maca. But I have experience that for me, MENOPAUSE COMPLETE doesn't interact well with any type of alcohol beyond one day. Which is perfectly fine!!

I started rather suddenly with menopause symptoms; having brutal hot flashes all day and night sweats, waking up several times a night feeling like I was on fire. I am 44 years old and I have been in perimenopause for about 5 years now. I've been using nested Naturals Menopause Complete Natural Care for almost a month. I don't know at what stage I am in (pre-menopause or menopause) because of a hysterectomy I had several years ago, but I have noticed that I have been having hot flashes and waking up extremely hot for a couple of years. After taking the supplement, only about a week, I realized that I was not having the hot flashes any more, and I haven't been waking up and throwing the blankets of immediately. As far as fatigue, I haven't noticed any change, but even just for the hot flashes this is well worth it.

A little background history on me: I am 54 years old and started my menses at 10. I was hoping that I would start menopause at 45 like my mother but it didn't happen :) For the past several years I had been dealing with hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia and brain fog. I was skeptical about taking herbs to help but am so thankful I did!. After spending many hours researching herbs and their benefits and reading all of the reviews for Nested Menopause Complete, I decided to give it a try. The recommended dosage is: 1 capsule twice daily with water. I started taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I found that taking 1 in the evening works best for me. It seemed to make me a little tired/relaxed in the morning. I realize that everyone is different so what may work for one, may not work for another. I am so thankful that this works for me!!! I went from dealing with such intense hot flashes that I was going outside on our deck in 20 (or less) degree weather (no coat!) just to try and cool down. I was miserable and could not sleep comfortably at all! I would keep waking up from night sweats or simply because I could not sleep. This has changed!!! After a few days of taking 1 capsule a day, the hot flashes stopped! No more night sweats and I could sleep for a change. I’m 44 years old and have been taking an herbal supplement for fluctuating hormones for about 3 years now. I’m fortunate to have a holistic practitioner that lives locally and prepares personalized herb capsules for my issues. However, when she recently became ill from a genetic disease she has, I turned to Amazon to help me until she was back on her feet. My symptoms include hot flashes, mostly contained to just my face and head, fatigue, a racing heart and bouts of anxiety and panicked feelings for absolutely no reason. Despite numerous hormone tests all coming back within “normal” ranges, the symptoms are still tough to live with. I found this supplement after researching on peri-menopause and menopause supplements and it had some of the best reviews. I’ve had good luck with this formula and after a few days, all of my symptoms had once again vanished. I am noticing some inconsistent sleep and my hair falling out a little more than it was on my custom herbs but nothing that’s unmanageable. Love this product. I have been dealing with the symptoms of menopause for 10 years. Herbal formulas that I have tried in the past did nothing. DHEA helped ease the intensity of hot flashes, but did nothing for the occasional flashes of anxiety and sleeplessness. This product, combined with Nested "LUNA" at night has made a big difference!

This medicine does help with the hot flashes but not really any of the other symptoms. I took a different menopause medication before this one and I felt like it helped a lot better with my mood swings and irritability. And you have to take it twice a day which means it's really only a one month supply. I know medications can affect different people in different ways... Wow! My hot flashes are gone!! It took about 3 weeks of taking 2 capsules in the morning, each day, for me to see a difference. Prior to taking this, I wouldn't go anywhere, including the bathroom, without my large Chinese fan. In fact, i bought 20 fans (seriously) to make sure I never lost one or was without one. I am giving five stars for Black Cohosh although I didn't use this brand. Mine was a generic I got at Walmart. I had been suffering from hot flashes for quite a while and just decided on a whim to try Black Cohosh. It was so awful to break into continual hot flashes throughout the day. I live in Florida so the humidity made it even worse! I was so miserable even waking up in the middle of the night covered in sweat. I thought I'd try the Black Cohosh since I heard it could help with hormonal issues. Boy, imagine my surprise when my hot flashes stopped the very next day! I was really shocked because it was a cheap bottle from Walmart and I didn't really expect it to work that fast! I would totally recommend this herb to anyone who is going through the discomforts associated with menopause. Menopause was surgically induced 25 years ago. I tried all kinds of natural products, then went on a hormone patch. GYN stated I had to go off by the age of 60. I'm 59, so I took myself off about 7 months ago. Was living with the hot flashes and night sweats. LIVING HELL!!!. I was having 10 - 15 episodes a night. I started taking Black Cohosh to help out with hot flashes from entering menopause. My sister gets terrible hot flashes, my mom has always had terrible ones and I thought I would be doomed to follow suit. When they first started happening, I read about Black Cohosh and figured it was worth a try as I didn't want to take estrogen replacement pills/patches or any soy products. This stuff has been a miracle to me! I take it once a day and have few if any hot flashes any longer (I've been on it for about 9 months). I'll get perhaps a little warm every now and then, but no sweating through my clothes (my old hot flashes even had my fingers break out in a sweat), no night sweats, no feeling like I've been set on fire - all that went away after about 2 weeks on these pills. I also take Vitamin E and Vitamin D each day which I think work in conjunction with the Black Cohosh. I'm on this for good and am happy that my menopausal years have turned out to be not that big of a deal at all!

Since I am a headache sufferer, I didn't realize right away that this product was the culprit, but with a little testing I confirmed that this stuff was responsible. Some literature suggests that this formulation is way too high a dosage, especially if you take two capsules a day. I was also taking another product, and I was trying to reduce further my hot flash symptoms. As it turned out, the other product took over a month to provide complete relief, but now I'm symptom free. I high recommend it: Dr. Tobias' Menopause Supplement. You can buy it on Amazon. I would have been happy with it even with the reduction in symptoms I got early on, some folks had recommended adding black cohosh to "complete the process". I ordered these because I had read it was a great supplement for menopause symptoms. I only have mild symptoms but these helped. However, I have rheumatoid arthritis and I cannot take aspirin. I had a reaction similar to what happens with aspirin. So I googled the side effects of back cohosh and one of the warnings is not to take it if you are allergic to aspirin or NSAIDs. Beware! The bottle has no warnings of this.

Purchased on advice of physician for relief of menopause sweating. I am so grateful! Although I continue to sweat all day and night the number of episodes have decreased by 30% and believe me when I say what a gift that has been. Since I cannot take hormones Black Cohosh has been a blessing.

I can't begin to tell how grateful I am for this product. I almost completely done with my first bottle and what a difference. I was have hot flashes every 30-45mins it as terrible my little portable fan was my best friend and I'm in early menopause being only 45yrs old. I would encourage you all to give this product a try check with your doctor first to make sure there are no interactions with your other medications, but I would strongly recommend.

I have been using this product for three weeks and I have noticed a definite improvement. As with all things herbal you don't get the harsh medicine effects right from the first dose you take.The benefits get stronger after the first two weeks, so be patient.and give it a chance to build up in your system. I have been sleeping through the night without waking up multiple times from tempature swings. It also gives me the feeling that I have got back a little of the drive that I lost from menopause, as well ;) This is a good and natural remedy that works!

This stuff really works! I'm in Perimenopause and I've found that my energy is low. I talked to my doctor and he recommended trying Black Cohosh before considering hormone replacement. To Amazon I went and found this product with decent reviews so I ordered it. Within a few days I noticed a difference and when I miss taking it for a couple of days I notice that more. I'm on my second bottle now and still love it. The price is worth every penny. The taste takes a little getting used to but eventually it grew on me. I squirt it in the back of my throat and wash the taste with water. Now it tastes kind of sweet. That might be mental because the results are sweet. :-)

I started to use this product to help with hot flashes and night sweats caused by menopause. I can not take any hormone therapy since I have had a pulmonary embolism so I was looking for an alternative that would give me some relief. I noticed a difference immediately. Prior to using Balanced Femme, I would wake up every night soaked from night sweats and I have not had this happen any since I started using this product. Hot flashes have been greatly reduced also. I will be recommending this produce to family and friends.

I was taking St. John's Wort for anxiety but I no longer do. No idea how this product works. Or why. But I have zero galloping anxiety. I am sleeping longer. I do feel more energy. I am hoping it helps me balance out the thinning of my hair and decreasing the facial hair growth that post-menopause has gifted me. I take it twice a day. I suggest making sure the bottle is closed tight when filling the dropper. Vacuum helps bring it to the proper dosage level. I am very happy with this product. Herbs work. Be patient and consistent.

Still reviewing, I was hoping for more energy...that is my biggest issue with going though menopause. I am very happy because I was sent an extra bottle for review so I have some time! I do feel better and have actually had some energy to work out so it is helping I think. I started taking Balanced Femm 5 weeks ago for hot flashes due to menopause. I have been 29 years old for 24 years (Yeah!). I started out taking 2 droppers once a day but that didn’t have much of effect on me. So, I moved to 2 droppers twice a day which was certainly better but not quite enough. Taking it in the evening disrupted my sleep and made me restless (but I’m already prone to insomnia). Anyhow, I opted to take 3 droppers in the morning, under the tongue (to cut down the taste), and I chase it down with a half a bottle of water before I even get out of bed in the morning. Then it has a chance to do its thing before I eat. I also take 3 droppers about an hour or so after lunch. So I am taking 6 droppers a day. Which gives me about 2 weeks on one bottle. But it is working. I can count the number of hot flashes I have on one hand in a 24 hour period. That is progress! I am sleeping better due to not having hot/cold spells. I don’t like the price of $30 a bottle if it only last me 2 weeks. But, I am hoping to cut down my dosage to 2 droppers twice a day in the coming weeks once my body has adjusted.

This is actually a phenomenal product. As an RN, and someone who works on staying fit, I was initially skeptical of a supplement for my menopause. It took less than one week to make me a believer. In that time, I found my hot flashes significantly declined, and my moods greatly stabilized. I am astonished at the efficacy of this product, and have recommended it to everyone I know. If you truly want a change without putting hormones in your body, this is absolutely for you. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

I first tried Balanced Femme in February for relief of symptoms related to perimenopause. I had been taking chasteberry (vitex) but after reading about this herbal combination in Balanced Femme, I wanted to see how much better I would feel. Hot flashes at night, irritability, sleep issues, concentration, and frequent headaches. I have experienced improvement and when I recently ran out, I noticed. The best way I've found to take this is by adding to a small glass of cranberry juice or apple juice. I would rather take a liquid supplement over a capsule so this works best for me. Each of the herbs in this have a specific way they work to help ease struggles of peri and menopause. An added note: it may take several weeks to a month to notice the supplement is working.

I recommend Balanced Femme to everyone. It took a few weeks to kick in but now I feel like a new person. I have been taking anxiety medication for years not even realizing that how I was feeling was menopause. I have been able to stop my meds completely. Balanced Femme gave me my life back. Just wish I would have found this sooner as I lost my job in January because I couldn't function, I was having 30 plus hotflashes a day and was an emotional wreak. This is my second order, and the company was so generous to send me a free bottle with my order. My main reason for using this product is to regulate my periods. I’m actually quite surprised with this product. I got it to see if it would help with cramps because when PMS comes I’m down for at least two days with horrific cramps. It didn’t completely take the cramps away but it made everything tolerable. I also came off of birth control and my hormones and especially my mood were out of whack and this product has helped get everything back in check. Highly recommend this product!! I even bought a bottle for my mom to try out with her menopause, she hasn’t used it yet but I’m confident it will help her.

I have had the classic perimenopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, sleep interruptions, irritability and mood swings, low energy. I have started taking the Balanced Femme about a month ago, just in the mornings and cant believe the difference it made. My sleep has become regular, mood pretty stable and energy is mostly up. This is the menopause cure!! For a year after my cycle stopped I battled the worse possible hot flashes, that got so bad I wasn't even able to sleep in the same bed with my husband.. Then the final straw for me was when sex became so painful I could not endure it.. Then I started along the path to get expensive hormonal supplements. Now, that process requires both a pap smear & a mammogram then the EXPENSIVE cost not covered by insurance. So as I was going thru that process.. I ordered this product to get me thru.. The symptoms I had with PMS were an incredible hormone headache 1-2 days before my period and somewhat over the top PMS anger/crankiness (like I couldn't even stand myself!) During my period I would have awful cramps and heavy bleeding. Balanced Femme has gotten rid of my PMS headache, eased the PMS anger/ crankiness to half of what it was AND lightened the cramps/bleeding. The fact that it got rid of that awful hormone headache was more than enough for me! I love that is all natural, I don't like taking prescription meds unless absolutely necessary. I'm not a health nut but now that I'm 46 I prefer to do things "naturally" like vitamins, exercise and watching what I eat...this fits right in with my slowing metabolism (bummer!) and upcoming menopause (yikes!). Surgical menopause; terrible night sweats, depression, hot flashes. This product took the full 3 weeks for me to see results. I have fewer night sweats and hot flashes; and much less intense. This did not get rid of my symptoms completely, but this product has offered some relief which is helpful. Mood has also stabilized somewhat. For me, I'd say it's offered a 50% improvement. I am thankful for this. I've had ZERO side effects. The taste is fine. I've had no problem taking this straight, or mixed with a small glass of water.

Then it has a chance to do its thing before I eat. I also take 3 droppers about an hour or so after lunch. So I am taking 6 droppers a day. Which gives me about 2 weeks on one bottle. This is actually a phenomenal product. As an RN, and someone who works on staying fit, I was initially skeptical of a supplement for my menopause. It took less than one week to make me a believer. I first tried Balanced Femme in February for relief of symptoms related to perimenopause. I had been taking chasteberry (vitex) but after reading about this herbal combination in Balanced Femme, I wanted to see how much better I would feel. Hot flashes at night, irritability, sleep issues, concentration, and frequent headaches. I have experienced improvement and when I recently ran out, I noticed. The best way I've found to take this is by adding to a small glass of cranberry juice or apple juice. I would rather take a liquid supplement over a capsule so this works best for me. Each of the herbs in this have a specific way they work to help ease struggles of peri and menopause. An added note: it may take several weeks to a month to notice the supplement is working.

I have had the classic perimenopausal symptoms, including hot flashes, sleep interruptions, irritability and mood swings, low energy. Surgical menopause; terrible night sweats, depression, hot flashes. This product took the full 3 weeks for me to see results. I have fewer night sweats and hot flashes; and much less intense. This did not get rid of my symptoms completely, but this product has offered some relief which is helpful. Mood has also stabilized somewhat. For me, I'd say it's offered a 50% improvement. I’m actually quite surprised with this product. I got it to see if it would help with cramps because when PMS comes I’m down for at least two days with horrific cramps. It didn’t completely take the cramps away but it made everything tolerable. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TOTALLY WORTHLESS PRODUCT!!!!! If I could give it less than one star I would. The original formula called Estroven Plus Multivitamins was an excellent product years ago before they changed the formula and redistributed their brand under several different names, all of which are basically the same formula and are totally ineffective. I had taken the original formula for several years and all of my menopause symptoms had totally disappeared within 48 hours of taking the first caplet. Then they changed the formula for some reason and removed the original product from the store shelves and all of my symptoms returned very quickly and with a vengeance. I scoured the internet to buy up as many boxes of Estroven Plus Multivitamins as I could find and found enough to last me another year or so until I finally ran out and all of my symptoms returned again. After trying every single one of the new Estroven formulas with absolutely no success, I finally had to start my search all over again for another all natural menopause supplement. I fortunately found two absolutely wonderful products called Estrosoy and Menopause Multiple....both of which are NON GMO and contain the highly effective *fermented soy* ingredient. I take one Estrosoy capsule and two Menopause Multiple caplets per day and together they began working to relieve my symptoms within hours. I'm thinking that the original Estroven Plus Multivitamins formula must have contained fermented soy and then the formula was changed to a different type of soy, possibly a GMO formula, which totally changed the effectiveness of the product and made it totally worthless. Again, don't waste your hard earned money on this totally useless remake of what was once the best menopause supplement on the market. Really too bad. I hope this review helps someone who is suffering with moderate to severe menopause symptoms. It's the fermented soy that makes all the difference in the world.

I purchased this product over 6 months ago and never used it. I got desperate and used it for the first time on last Saturday thinking it wasn't going to work. I will note that I have tried black-kohash-based supplements in the past with no positive or negative effects, though those supplents lacked some of the added ingredients that this one has (particularly the soy isoflavins for hot flashes). I've used the Estroven+Energy (not a huge boost but OK) and the Estroven plus Weight Management (never helped much with weight), but these were both miracle products getting me through menopause. This product for mood, however, did not work well for me. Instead of a gentle lift it made me almost depressed, anxious and easily angered. I stopped taking it after 3 days and went back to the energy formula. I recently ran out of the energy formula so I started taking this mood formula again. I used to take Estroven regularly for my menopause symptoms, and it always worked well for me. However, I don't see much of a difference between this formulation and the regular one. It still keeps hot flashes and night sweats at bay, but doesn't have much effect on stress and mood.

My General Practitioner and my Gynecologist both recommended this when I started having hot flashes and night sweats and insomnia. I hadn't know insomnia was a symptom of entering menopause, but I had it pretty bad and was having miserable hot flashes. I've taken this for the past two weeks and already my hot flashes and night sweats are better. It's also cooled off a lot, but it didn't matter the temp with those hot flashes. The 2mg of Melatonin seem to help me sleep. I take it about an hour before I want to go to bed and I get drowsy and fall asleep a lot easier than I did without it. So far, there doesn't seem to be any negative side effects. No stomach issues or anything else. I was literally just staying up all night and finally falling asleep an hour before the alarm went off, so this is saving my sanity.

Three days after I started taking this product, I became very irritable and started having a LOT of abdominal pain. My anxiety, hot flashes, appetite, and weight gain all went up instead of down. It made my menopause symptoms worse instead of better. I could not find anything about the side effects on either the box or the company website. This is the first time I’ve tried Estroven for Menopause Relief Sleep Cool and Calm. It has the standard Estroven ingredients of Black Cohosh Root Extract, Calcium, and Soy Isoflavones but have added melatonin. Melatonin is used at bedtime for help sleeping. I am a regular user of melatonin and it does help me sleep. I use 5 or 10 mg of melatonin though and this has only 2 mg per caplet. For me, a smaller dose of melatonin doesn’t work as well. I do like the other ingredients. This is something I am taking along with my regular 5mg of melatonin separately.

I'm 42 and in perimenopause. I don't get many hot flashes but suffer from pretty bad night sweats where the back of my neck is soaked along with my chest, and this was even sleeping with A/C and a fan. I can't take estrogen because it spikes my blood pressure and my mom developed breast cancer due to high levels of it. I bought Estroven and within a week I noticed not only did the night sweats ease up, I slept pretty soundly through the night. If you can't take estrogen and need something to relieve symptoms, this is your best and safest bet.

After trying every single one of the new Estroven formulas with absolutely no success, I finally had to start my search all over again for another all natural menopause supplement. I fortunately found two absolutely wonderful products called Estrosoy and Menopause Multiple....both of which are NON GMO and contain the highly effective *fermented soy* ingredient. I take one Estrosoy capsule and two Menopause Multiple caplets per day and together they began working to relieve my symptoms within hours. I'm thinking that the original Estroven Plus Multivitamins formula must have contained fermented soy and then the formula was changed to a different type of soy, possibly a GMO formula, which totally changed the effectiveness of the product and made it totally worthless. I suffer from hot flashes, weight gain, and the whole nine yards that prompted me to buy this product. It was helpful to alleviate the hot sweats and even reduced my bloated stomach; and allowed me a better night of sleep. All of these benefits were gained just after taking two to three dosages. But by the the third dosage my Irritable Bowel Syndrome Condition raised its ugly head within me because of the side effects of Black Cohosh that irritatestes rhe intestines. For those not familiar with IBS, this condition can come after eating spices; fried foods; going through stress; excess anxiety. I find that it is particularly sensitive to peppers. I had just taken three dosages and found this product was effective at alleviating menapausal symptoms but it wreaked havoc on my intestinal system causing three days of insatiable diarrhea. It burnt my intestines and burned my anus badly on the out. They will not say this anwhere on the internet but Black Cohosh is the equivalent of cayenne pepper X 3. It will literally burn the living crap out of you if you have a sensitive stomach and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. While one is actively experiencing an outburst of IBS it is equvalent to having someone literally stabbing you in the gut with a sword. Black Cohosh also smells like black pepper and cayenne to me. It will start to permeate through your pores as well while you use this product. At least this my personal experience. The inernet does not give you all the facts on how black cohosh impacts IBS and its true simularity to black pepper and the cayenne family of peppers which is also said in Indian lore to help with arthritis; pms; cancers; menopause; etc

I have used this product at night along with a daily dose of black cohosh during the day. I've recently gone into full menopause due to a needed surgery. I had the horrible sweats all times of the day but once I started taking these supplements along with the Black Cohosh I at times get chilled when everyone else was fine or even warm. When that happened I would only take the Estroven Sleep cool and Calm that night... These are the only pills I take other than the progesterone I've just started to help with a separate health concern. I hope this helps you decide if this product is a good choice for you. These are blue normal sized pills that are easy to take. They do make me sleepy and have since I took the first one. They contain Melatonin and that always makes me pretty sleepy. Nothing - I mean NOTHING makes ME sleep all night, and I've been like that for decades, way before menopause, but I get a few hours after taking these, and it seems like restive, restorative sleep. I don't feel groggy when I wake up.

my pharmacist has recommended it as a real natural supplement for women during and after menopause, comprising black cohash and soy isoflavones. I had swallowed the enclosed caplets with water, 2 per day, and hot flashes stopped after about 2 weeks. I took the supplement for one year. 10 years have passed, and no recurrence of hot flashes or other menopausal symptoms. The only flow of this particular set that is contains only 30 not 60 pills as usual. You should take 2 caplets per day, at least, to keep effects going without recurrence of hot flushes and keeping your weight at same level.

It helped with the night sweats, but not with sleeping. It has started getting over 100 degrees in June where I live in southern UT so even with fans and air conditioners I still cannot sleep with the heat in the house in the 90s by 7 PM.

I've been taking this product for a while. It definitely helps with the hot flashes and night sweats. You can buy these products at Walmart, but I've found that Prime is just a little cheaper. I recommend these products to my friends, because it really has helped me manage menopause.

I have taken prescription estrogen for many years. My insurance will no longer pay for my prescription. I did research to find the best over-the-counter product and Estroven had the highest ratings. I expected to continue to have hot flashes, night sweats, all of the misery I experienced when I stopped the prescription product. I have been so pleased with the results. I was a bit hesitant to try this product because my body is really funky, and most medications and supplements don't really work for me. But I had a hysterectomy and went into early menopause in my early 30s, and the side effects sucked! The ones that bothered me the most were random hot flashes and night sweats. After looking around on Amazon for awhile and reading different product reviews, I decided to try this one. It only took about a week, and the hot flashes and night sweats were completely gone! I've been taking this every night for about 8 months or so now and still my symptoms have not returned. I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 only because the weight control piece of it hasn't really seemed to do anything for me, but that wasn't a big concern of mine anyway, just a "nice to have".

I was super skeptical about this formulation (I've been trying a number of different versions of Estroven), but not even a month in, I already feel the "weight management" effects. Of course the menopause symptom relief of Estroven never disappoints, but this is a welcome addition.

Time will tell, but I have been using this for a week and it seems to be helping me. I am 41 and have been showing increasing signs of perimenopause over the last 2 years. I have tried MANY menopause products, including pure 100% black cohosh. This product has been the ONLY one that has worked for me. It has cut my hot flashes and night sweats down from over 25 per day ( I was actually keeping a tally because I had them so often!), to maybe 2 per day. Some days I don't notice any flashes at all!!! Every woman is different, but I can honestly say this product has worked beautifully for me. It took a month to "kick in", so don't give up!!

The box contains 30 pills but they say you need two months worth to see results. The description says "Estroven Weight Management goes beyond relieving hot flashes and night sweats to safely help manage weight during menopause.* During menopause, your serotonin levels naturally decline, which can result in feelings of hunger, a less efficient metabolism, and moodiness." Sadly this was not the case in my experience. I've been taking them for 2 1/2 months showing absolute NO decrease in lack of sleep, weight gain, hot flashes or moodiness. I am sure this probably helps some people it just hasn't helped me. I'll finish this box but not buy more. I will continue to try and find some kind of phytoestrogen relief for these symptoms.

I am way past menopause, and I used to use this but then decided I was okay without. No, I realized I need something. The doc gave me a product using the stuff made from mare's urine, a pretty brutal use of the animal, so I sure don't want any more of that. One of this pill a day seems to help issures of dryness, etc. just enough.

The ingredients are black cohosh root extract, soy isoflavones, and cissus quadrangularis stem and leaf extract. Also has some other things, like natural vanilla powder. The box recommends one capsule per day and you have to do it for two months to see any results. Research the side effects of black cohosh before you rush into this. There are some issues. I took straight black cohosh for awhile when I went through menopause and had an easy time of it, but then my doctor got concerned about changes in my liver enzymes, although so far it hasn't resulted in anything.

These seem to be working well for me. The package says to take for 60 days to really be able to tell. The only thing I don't like about these are that they are those ligthtweight floaty type capsules. So they are hard for me to swallow. Your feedback: I have been suffering from menopause for the past couple of years. I have tried prescription and over-the-counter products to help with my symptoms, my worst symptom were the hot flashes and night sweats that was constant and my irritable mood. I started taking DHEA and was amazed at how well it helped me with my symptoms, about 15 days after starting on DHEA I have not had any hot flashes or night sweats, my mood has improved and my stress level has decreased. DHEA was a godsend for me as everyday was hell until I found this amazing product. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is suffering from menopause symptoms. I have only been taking this supplement for a month, but Will definitely but again. After juggling several different bioidentical hormones in both cream and suppository form prescribed by my doctor to help me through menopause, I was not feeling any better. Now with this supplement i am hot flash free or at least 90% reduced and my energy, mood, and even my libido seems to have improved. This product works! I was experiencing night sweats and 10-12 hot flashes a day. I have just ordered my second bottle of DHEA supplement. I noticed a difference soon after taking them and I am very pleased with the results. Really struggling with mental health and weight. Most of this was due to partial removal of thyroid and menopause. I purchased this with their thyroid supplement. With in a few days I was not as depressed and had energy. I can't say I lost weight but it did help me become more motivated to be able to make more changes with my health. Prior I was just too exhausted to even make a clear evaluation as to what was wrong with me. I started taking this along with DIM on the advice of a friend. She had been directed to this combination by her accupuncturist to balance female hormoned during premenopause. Primrose oil is excellent for peri-menopausal symptoms. I was experiencing the beginning of hot flashes and an irregular heartbeat (a little known symptom of menopause). Within a week of taking primrose oil the hot flashes ceased. Soon after, I no longer had the irregular heartbeat. A side benefit is I no longer have cramps during my period!! I wish I had known about this long ago!

These caps are working VERY WELL!! I'm having my perimenopause and don't want to take any hormone therapy.. I had horrible hot flashes every 30 min day and night for about 3 months. My life was miserable and I was so exhausted at work since I was unable to get much sleep. Started taking these and it gradually got better and better. I started noticing changes within a couple of days and now 2 weeks later I barely have any hot flashes and if I do they are much much milder. My life just got so much better with these super primrose caps. Yes, they are a bit big but they are actually not too difficult to swallow since they are gel caps. I will def continue buying this product!!!

I have been taking these for over a year now. I am now menopausal and I know if I skip a day. I have been very healthy after going gluten free for the last 25 years. But as I started to go through menopause, I began to have occasional migraines, which I believe were due to hormonal imbalance. I am not sure how they work, but as soon as I start to get a symptom of migraine, I take two of these and within 10 minutes(!) they would go away. The migraines only happen in the first place if I forget to take them every day. Also and this might be TMI, but if I drink coffee or caffeine on a regular basis, my breasts would ache. NO problem with EPO. I only have one cup in the morning, but I wouldn't be able to enjoy it at all without these soft-gels. I also do not suffer at all from hot flashes as long as I take these. Love them and very grateful to have them. I realize not everyone is the same, but as for me they are wonderful. I also take Magnesium every day. These are the only two supplements I take regularly and they really seem to help me.

I have taken primrose for over 20 years. There are so many benefits. I combine it with LifeLift aerobic breathing for weight loss, control for one thing. I took it through menopause years and never had a hot flash. I give it to my grandson for hyper activity and it really seems to work. He does not have ADHD but I have read it was good for that so I decided to try it for his sugar sensitivity. He has taken them since he was around 2. He would just pop the capsule with his teeth. He loves the taste of only this brand so we stick with the Now brand.

My skin also looks better. I do take them with a menopause formula also made by the same company. But I feel this product does a specific thing that I didn't get when I was taking just the menopause formula. I also feel that it has helped the severe cramping as I believe it helps regulate prostaglandins. One other thing I have noticed since I added this to the menopause formula, is that my menstrual migraines are not nearly as bad and maybe last a day rather than 2-3.

Helps with hot flashes during menopause. Is 1 of a 3 part regimen of supplements I take that keeps me from having hot flashes. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night along with Source Naturals HOT FLASH, and soy isoflavones.
5.0 - Excellent for peri-menopausal symptoms
Primrose oil is excellent for peri-menopausal symptoms. I was experiencing the beginning of hot flashes and an irregular heartbeat (a little known symptom of menopause). Within a week of taking primrose oil the hot flashes ceased. Soon after, I no longer had the irregular heartbeat. A side benefit is I no longer have cramps during my period!! I wish I had known about this long ago!

I was waking up a few times a night feeling hot. more like pre-hot flashes based on what others tell me hot flashes feel like. i am taking 2 of these every morning and i take 1 NOW menopause support capsule at bedtime. I'm not waking up at night feeling hot.
