5.0 - Vertigo Reliever?
Well I've been suffering from vertigo for over a month now. I heard through a family friend that making homemade ginger tea helps vertigo tremendously in most people. I tried and it did relieve most of my dizziness. I went ahead and started taking Ginger Root Capsules because it was easier to take when I'm working. Through my experience this has helped me and I hope this will help others suffering from vertigo.
5.0 - Miracle Herb
I recently developed Menieres, an inner ear issue that causes acute vertigo and nausea. There is no cure, however people have found methods to manage symptoms. One recommendation was ginger. It has changed my life! Within minutes it takes away nausea, dizziness and loss of equilibrium. After 4 hours the dizziness starts to come back, so I take another dose and it disappears. This is confirmation that it is the ginger! My Doctor says ginger is an excellent treatment.
4.0 - This Ginger Root seems to work well. I got ...
This Ginger Root seems to work well. I got it to help prevent vertigo. I've only had one case of vertigo in the few months I've been taking it, but prior to that I only had a few cases in my life. I guess it's hard to say if it's helping or not. I'm afraid to stop taking it in that regard, but apparently there are other health benefits to taking ginger root so I'm going to keep taking it every day.
5.0 - Great buy
I bought this after finding that I was suffering from vertigo pretty frequently. It got so if I turned my head suddenly or jumped off the b ed, the whole room would spin. I really wasn't consistent with it - but after hearing that ginger cures vertigo i took it like every other day for a couple weeks. A month later I have to tell you - honestly - no signs of vertigo. i'm happy with it and plan to be more consistent. Will def invest in another bottle
5.0 - Ginger Root
This is reasonably priced and it arrived promptly, so I am happy with my purchase. I use Ginger Root for relief of vertigo and stomach upset. I am not sure how effective it is, but it does seem to help, and its cheaper and safer than using medications.
5.0 - Manage vertigo
I use ginger for treating preventing vertigo. I am happy to be Abe to buy this product on line.
5.0 - Vertigo helper
I take these in conjunction with wearing my sea bands to prevent vertigo. They do the trick for shorter distances. (For longer, more turbulent travel, I take Dramamine or Antivert too.) No aftertaste or anything odd.
5.0 - Five Stars
one word GREAT, ALMOST PREVENTS MY vertigo
5.0 - The ginger works great. I had one episode for a few hours ...
I use ginger for a condition called benign paroxysmal positional vertigo which basically hits when I'm not expecting it and lasts for a few days. Doctors gave me meds, which were basically dramamine, but it didn't do anything for me. The ginger works great. I had one episode for a few hours and for some reason the ginger helps it to go away quicker. It also helps with the severe nausea that accompanies vertigo. I take a capsule every day. They're easy to swallow and very affordable.
5.0 - Work great from my back
After giving birth normal delivery without epidural to my youngest i had and suffering for lower back pain , i cant stand up from sitting without the pain , but when i try this ginger root just one day i get a free pain in my lower back , its like a miracle amazing . I just bought this to try for my vertigo but its work great for my back pain.

5.0 - Five Stars
great for my vertigo
4.0 - Good for my motion sickness and vertigo
I started using these every morning that I rode as an EMT with my volunteer ambulance corps, because I used to feel very sick in the back of the lurching ambulance. And then I started also taking them to combat vertigo after reading about the motion sickness-vertigo connection and having had some vertigo on and off for a few years. It actually really helps me, whether I take it as a preventive or once the symptoms come on. And it can't possibly do you any harm--just make sure to take it with a full glass of water. If you're even remotely considering it for one of these problems, give it a try!

5.0 - Blood Builder is impressive!!!
I would have to say that I am beyond impressed with how Blood Builder has helped me in only 4 months. I am a 44 year old woman who suffers from fibroid tumors, which cause excessive bleeding during menstruation. I only had one doctor about 10 years ago advise me to take over the counter iron, so I may not have been severely anemic at that time. I also go to the doctor regularly and try to have my blood checked yearly. The next time that I was told that I was anemic wasn't until 2012, but my doctor said it like it wasn't a big deal and never mentioned anything about taking iron. I like to consider myself somewhat health conscious, but I was ignorant to anemia. I didn't realize the effects it could have on your total body until this year. I became extremely fatigued, weak, severely dizzy (to the point that I thought I had vertigo), and unable to concentrate (more forgetful). So after going to the doctor and getting blood work, I was not interested in taking the ferrous sulfate due to side effects. My doctor said the only other option is the IV. Not interested in that either because I love to try natural, alternate methods. So I started looking at various products and reading reviews. This was one of the products in which I read many, many reviews and figured that this product had to be good. The only thing missing from the reviews was how much people were taking and sometimes for how long, so I wanted to share what I did, as well as my levels based on my CBC. I started taking Blood Builder at the end of July 2014: I took 2 iron pills/day (1 in am, then 1 in pm) for my 1st 90 day bottle. Then I decided to take 1/day for the 2nd 90 day bottle (of which I still have some left). I just had another CBC on 11/28/2014 to see where my levels were, so I posted levels below. I also have a new 90 day bottle that I haven't opened. So try not to buy too much in advance because you may not need them or need them as often.
5.0 - No side effects as compared to prescription iron pills
I am anemic. Heavy periods and fibroids have plagued me for the last twenty years. As soon as I have one surgery to get rid of the fibroids, others would pop up and the cycle would start over. I have had four surgeries to get rid of them. I was hopeful to have a child and did not take advice to have a hysterectomy. Somehow, I was able to have my beautiful son. My periods were better after the baby was born, but still very heavy. I took a nap EVERY day. I chewed ice. My mind was foggy and I was sometimes lightheaded. The numbers my doctor called me with were low. VERY low. I tried the prescription iron tablets he prescribed I didn't put two and two together. I started feeling vertigo and would throw up during the episodes. A family trip was marred by my lying in bed dizzy and groaning. The trip home was horrible- I kept ziploc bags by my side, would throw up in them and wait for the next rest stop to throw them away. Lovely. Then, I thought, maybe it is the iron pills? Eureka. I stopped for a couple days and was better. Still anemic, but better. I think if your numbers are very low, a high dose of iron shocks the system and your body cannot tolerate it. This has a lower amount of iron, but it is absorbed better, therefore you need less. I started taking half a pill of Blood Builder at night before bed. I figured if I was dizzy while asleep it was Ok. After about a month I started taking the full pill at bedtime. This does the trick. No dizzyness, and I have more energy. I dont know if this could be a by product of taking this, but I feel less "generalized anxiety". Perhaps my mind just functions better because it is getting fed richer blood. Maybe due to something else, entirely. I do know when I had the heavy periods and was not taking any iron supplements, I felt a lot of anxiety that did not seem to have a clear cause. I never experienced constipation with the Blood Builder or the prescription pills. I am ordering my second bottle and my follow up appointment is in a few days with the doc. I no longer need a nap every day. I enjoy wasting my free time on the computer instead :) Update- I ordered my second bottle. I am still in love with my Mega Food "Blood Builder". At my follow up doctor appointment, the doctor asked if I was taking the prescription iron. I said no, I could not tolerate it and was taking an over the counter product instead. My numbers came back and they were stellar! Well, to be honest, they were on the low side of normal, but for me this is a huge, vast improvement in just four months. I plan to continue 'Blood Builder" and hopefully next time my numbers will be even better. I take this before bed as I have read it is better utilized by your body.

4.0 - Four Stars
Excellent product, greatly reduced vertigo and ear ringing. Also excellent for anxiety.
5.0 - Great supplement
This helps me sleep, helps with headaches and I have an issue with food getting 'stuck' when I eat and this helps with that as well. I have a terrible time taking large pills but these are very coated and don't bother me. I have a friend taking them as well and also is very pleased. Magnesium, D3, Vitamin K and calcium all work together. Many people are magnesium deficient and don't even know it. I have had fewer vertigo spells since taking these as well which is a great benefit for me.

5.0 - Good for My Vertigo
I began having problems with vertigo about 10 years ago. I eventually discovered it was a way I reacted to certain foods, then discovered I got vertigo from certain OTC meds as well. I tried travel sickness pills and the vertigo got worse. I heard Ginkgo helped, began taking it, and have done great ever since! I usually take 1 pill/day, but when I feel the vertigo coming on, or I eat one of the foods I know can cause vertigo, I will take 2-3 pills that day and perhaps one more day if needed and all is good.
